Getting Started
Designed for your convenience, everything you need to complete your corporate gifting orders is right here. A bottle of the good stuff is always a good choice. Our corporate gifting bundles are offered at special pricing which includes shipping costs.
Please note that in order to qualify for the below selections, we require a minimum of 5 orders. See below for more information on corporate gifting procedures.
Follow these short steps, and we will take care of the rest!
- Download this excel sheet and complete it with your order details. Email your completed sheet to danielle@gentlemanfarmerwines.com.
- Make your gift selection from the bundle options below and add the appropriate quantity of each bundle to your cart. The number of gift bundles should match the number of recipients on the excel sheet.
- Checkout and pay. We request that the shipping address information matches the billing for our records. Gift orders won’t be shipped to this address, rather they will be split out and shipped to the addresses provided on the excel sheet. You won’t be charged shipping, as this is included in the bundle price.

Payment & Order Processing
Corporate gifting orders can be paid for entirely online. Just add the quantities that you’d like for each selection to your cart. There should be one gift selection for every individual on the excel sheet. Orders will be processed through our system individually, and you will receive a confirmation email for each. Once the orders ship, you will be notified with a tracking email, as well as any delivery updates.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
We require that corporate gifts are submitted 3 weeks prior to their desired delivery date. Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. UPS and FedEx services do offer the option to hold the package at the nearest facility for pickup.
Shipping Regulations & Signatures
Due to federal regulations, we cannot ship wine to certain states. These states include Utah, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Federal regulations also require that an adult signature is obtained upon delivery. If possible, please provide a business address for delivery. This helps ensure that someone is there to sign for the package upon delivery. If you prefer to send to a residential address, this is no problem. If the recipient isn’t home upon the first delivery attempt, the delivery service will leave a notice stating they have a package that requires a signature. They can then schedule the delivery when it’s convenient for them.
Gift Notes
Our corporate gift orders will include a small card with your gift message so that the recipient knows who sent it. Be sure to include your gift message in the excel sheet.
